Since 1999, Exhibit A has provided pre-trial & trial support in more than 1,000 cases.

Our collaboration with plaintiffs' attorneys has resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in jury awards or settlements and our work on behalf of the defendants has resulted in a high percentage of "no cause" defense verdicts.

The trial judges who have observed Exhibit A's services in their courtrooms have been impressed not only with its impact on juror attention/comprehension but also on trial speed.
